From your initial contact we will dispatch a design technician at your convenience to ascertain exactly what your present and if possible your future requirements are. He will then discuss all the possible options, types of equipment and it’s positioning, this will enable us to supply the best possible solution to our clients needs. He will then carry out a detailed survey of the premises taking note of sources of heat gain:-
Machinery
Electrical equipment
Lighting
Occupation
Air movement
Building volume
Building construction
Glazed areas
Insulation
Solar gain
Building aspect
Then using the latest design software we will process this information to enable us to correctly size the required equipment. This is critical because although undersized equipment would undoubtedly cost less it would also not be capable of controlling the temperature of the conditioned area at times of peak load.
In the case of oversized equipment a large percentage of the capital expenditure could have been wasted.
Our sales staff would then send the client a detailed quotation with sizing information and equipment brochures.
On acceptance and on receipt of a written order we will liaise with the client to agree an installation start date and timetable. We have also experience of installations in listed buildings in which we endeavour to conceal as far as possible the interconnecting pipe work and cabling and reduce as far as possible any impact on internal architectural features.
Our installation teams strive to cause minimal disruption to the client by adopting flexible scheduling with safe and clean working practices.
Site safety is one of our main objectives; to achieve this technicians undergo full health and safety training and are fully equipped.
