The Vanilla Pod Restaurant 

 

Installation of a heat-pump air conditioning system in the main restaurant area. We installed a Haier non-inverter ceiling suspended system using R407c as a refrigerant. 

 

The ceiling suspended fan coil is mounted centrally at the rear of the restaurant and blows towards the front. We felt because of the high ceiling height this type of fan coil was the best option, as it could cover the entire area without causing draughts.

The heat in the restaurant in the summer was unbearable; also in the winter we found it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. 

 

I decided to have a new heat-pump air conditioning system installed as my old system was past repair. Air Management Solutions came up with the most competitive quotation and got the job, since then I haven’t looked back. 

The Saddlers Arms 

 

Installation of a bespoke stainless steel 6m cooking range extraction hood with balanced fresh air ventilation mounted in the kitchen ceiling. 

 

This extraction hood was sectional and was assembled in the kitchen due too restricted access. A six-branch plenum chamber was fabricated in the loft this helped achieve an even draw over the whole length of the hood.
